Belarus on the Ropes

As this article notes, Belarus did fine as long as the subsidies arrived, but hit reality when spending grew, but subsidies didn't. While other dieing currencies make us look stronger because they are ahead in the "race to the bottom", we are fundamentally in the same condition.
